Your mission
You will be responsible for the successful implementation and further development of MARMIND at our customers.
Your tasks include:- Project management in customer projects incl. management of involved solution partners, customer-specific integrations and product enhancement
- Strategic to operational analysis of marketing processes and the people, roles, information, structures and systems involved
- Specification and documentation of functional and technical customer requirements with consulting expertise regarding best-practice approaches for their implementation in MARMIND
- Solution configuration of the requirements in MARMIND or ensuring the solution configuration of other project team members
- Planning and implementation of customer onboardings and rollouts
- Quality assurance in coordination with QA & Support (business testing)
- Project controlling (billing management, sales forecasts, budget review and planning)
Your profile
To be successful in this position, you ideally have the following
qualifications and
skills:
- IT/software and/or business education – focus on marketing an advantage
- Deep understanding of marketing strategies, processes and technologies
- Technical affinity, experience with MarTech solutions and their integration an advantage
- Several years of experience in project leadership and management
- Expertise in change management and process optimization an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills in German and English
- Strong structured working skills with an eye for priorities
- Proactive approach and initiative
